Delivery
Once everything has been done and the project has been completed, it is time for the new owner to take delivery.
Signing off the project
We will give the client the opportunity to inspect the newly-built home for:
- proper build quality;
- any defects; and
- any possible deviation from the original specifications.
We want you to be totally satisfied before handing over the keys to you. Be assured that even once we have left, part of us remains.
