Our Current Projects
JDM Projects is a business on the move, and we always have new developments going on. The latest is a stunning multi-resident complex in Dana Bay. While we do not have photos to show yet, we believe the plans and CGI renders we have provided will give you a good idea of what to expect. Along with this, we recently completed private residences in Outeniquasbosch and Breaker Point, as well as industrial (Nestlé) and civil construction.

Breaker Point, Dana Bay
Our new development in Breaker Point is nearing completion. Updated on 14 March 2025, you can view the gallery and project details here. This shows some areal footage as well as a view on the initial formwork.

12 Num Num Street, Village on Sea
A new project started in Village on Sea in 2024. This project has now been completed and it looks absolutely gorgeous. View the project's progress and final touches once the owners had moved in.

Industrial Development
We have recently completed a project for one of our major industrial residents, Nestlé. The result is amazing and done to perfection.
