Very often builders simply do not care what goes wrong during a construction. This often ends up with walls that are skew, as well as other defects. We ensure this will never happen to you.
On-site presence at all times
Our contractors remain on the building site, checking every decision made before we start laying the foundations. Your home will be perfect in terms of:
- industry-standard construction methods and more;
- the quality of the material used; and
- build quality.
We ensure there are no defects. Should we find any, no matter how small they may be, these are fixed before the propect is signed off and delivered to the client.
